Healthy Tuna Tart - Recipe


My own Healthy
Tuna Tart

Ingredients:

2 slices Wholegrain Bread
250ml low fat milk 
30ml Butter or Margarine
170g-1tin Tuna in water, drained
3 large eggs
15ml dry parsley
250ml grated Cheese
1 chopped onion
Salt and black pepper

Preheat the oven to 180'C

Mix all the ingredients. Bake in the oven for 20-25min

Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top and eat!!!
