Nutritional Blog Diary

This Blog is about my Road to Nutritional Health...

My main aim for the following three weeks is to:

1.  Eat regular meals and snacks.  (breakfast, lunch, dinner and in between snacks)
2.  Increase water intake to 1.5 - 2lt daily.
3.  Limit processed foods (i.e. cereals / crumbed foods / packaged meals.
4.  Avoid carbs at night (i.e. rice / potato / pasta)
5.  Exercise 20min per day, 3 days a week.
6.  Replace Ciders with Whisky and water (occasionally alternate with wine)
